Lead Generation Specialist

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with experience in building automated outbound communication in order to find and attract new B2B leads. As a Lead Generation Specialist you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining the automated outbound communication and passing them to the sales closer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify the target audience, ICP, positioning, values, and selling points;
  • Research target companies, create databases of contacts, validate the contact info of prospects in accordance with ICP;
  • Generating new leads and maintaining the connection with the existing;
  • Create and send sequences of catchy cold emails & LinkedIn messages;
  • Contribute to the definition of best practices for the Lead Generation process;
  • Ongoing monitoring of metrics and formation of hypothesis to improve them.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation;
  • Lead-generation experience in a B2B environment;
  • Upper Intermediate English level or higher;
  • Experience in using tools to automate communication with leads in Linkedin and via email;
  • Being highly motivated with the strive to achieve our common goals together. Focus on results, not on operations;
  • Attention to details and ability to find the right information;
  • Self-management skills and the ability to work autonomously;
  • Flexible and open-minded;
  • Advanced communication skills in correspondence and messengers;
  • Proactivity with proposing and implementing new approaches.
